The award show depicted at the end of this movie as the AVN Awards is an actual annual award show for the adult film industry (The 2009 AVN Adult Movie Awards (2009)).
There are several porn scenes shown being shot or on an editing screen during this movie, but none of them show full male frontal nudity. However, Jamie Kennedy, who plays one of the actors shooting both of the movies within this movie, is not shown exposing his genitals during a porn sex scene, but instead is shown exposing his full genitals at a party, which is not a scene in either of the movies being filmed within this movie.
Several cast members who play actors in one or both of the movies within the movie are actual porn actors in real life.
