The film, its visual style, action sequences and storytelling was heavily influenced by Luc Besson films.

The song during the end credits "My Friend" was performed by Ninet Tayeb who plays Elinor in the film.
Although the main protagonist Galia is a prostitute as well as assassin in the film. The film has no sex throughout. But, Olga Kurylenko does briefly appeared naked in the film in the scene which Galia (Kurylenko) and Elinor (Ninet Tayeb) go to The Mikveh to be purified.
Olga Kurylenko came onto the film after completing filming her scenes in the James Bond film Quantum of Solace (2008).
