The Table for Three format is one that WWE seem to be keeping going, and I like it, although I always feel like they should be longer. The three people chosen to chat for twenty minutes or so hardly get the conversation going before the show ends. I think this could easily be an hour long. Oh well.
The latest episode of Table for Three see’s a reunion of the Nation of Domination members, D’Lo Brown, The Godfather and Mark Henry. Back in the Attitude Era in the late 90s, the Nation were a bad-ass faction who helped launch the career of The Rock. They had a legendary feud with D-Generation X, and each member has a very interesting story to tell, from these three guys, to the aforementioned Rocky Maivia and Faarooq.

Table For Three is back again, with a new episode on the WWE Network. I like this show but like I’ve said before, it’s not really long enough. This time we sit down with Jbl, Ron Simmons and Teddy Long, three guys who have a long friendship in wrestling.
We all know about the Simmons and Jbl history, with the two becoming The Acolytes and Apa back in the late 90s and 00s in WWE. A beer-drinking, brawling, ass-kicking tandem who were all about pounding-ass (remember that t-shirt?). Teddy Long would travel with the two of them between towns and a friendship blossomed between the three. You can see that here, with the three men all obviously comfortable around each other, joking about how cheap Long was during their time as touring WWE Superstars. We hear a lot about this, with Ron Simmons and John Layfield poking fun at the former SmackDown Gm.

Table for Three is a great original show idea and I’ve enjoyed watching each episodes over the past five seasons or so. The new episode which landed this week was titled “General Managers Special” and features Eric Bischoff, Kurt Angle and Vickie Guerrero.
Now, if you’ve been a fan of WWE over the past couple of decades you’ll have seen each of these guys feature on WWE programming as a General Manager of either Raw or SmackDown (or both). Kurt Angle is the most recent Gm, heading up Raw a year or so back, with the other guys not having done it in a while, but it’s a fun mix, and each of these WWE legends are enthusiastic and likeable as they talk about their individual runs as Gm’s in WWE.
Now, the show only ever lasts a half-hour, so there’s not much conversation beyond the topic on hand,...

I’ve been a fan of Table for Three since it began a few years back. It’s a super-fun concept, and allows three wrestling personalities to sit down and chit-chat for twenty-five minutes about their relationship to each other and their careers. I mean, it’s a pretty short program, so it never really gets going in terms of in-depth conversation of incredible revelations, but it’s entertaining none-the-less, and so I thought I’d start talking a bit about the episodes as they land, sadly… the episode that just landed is perhaps one of the least interesting in a while.
That’s not to say the new episode of Table for Three is unwatchable or bad, because it isn’t. It just isn’t particularly interesting, either. The Ladies Luncheon episode features Mandy-Rose, Carmella and former WWE Diva (remember those?) and 2019 WWE Hall of Famer, Torrie Wilson. I...

Table for three? Right this way! ABC has announced that ousted General Hospital stars Michael Easton, Roger Howarth and Kristen Alderson, who left the soap several weeks ago due that contract mess with Prospect Park, will all return on May 10. No plot deets are available yet, but it does have us wondering who will remain on this gloriously over-stuffed show, especially now that the 50th anniversary craziness has peaked, and the Nurses Ball is a camptastic memory. What's to become of Laura and Scotty and Bobbie and Lucy? Is looney-tunes Brenda on her way out? Is Frisco too pissed to come back? And will Blackie Parrish ever get out of the slammer and return to Port Chuck? TV Guide Magazine got the 411 from head writer Ron Carlivati.

The project, written by Dana Klein and directed by Pam Fryman, centers on Pen (Christine Woods), a responsible, guarded, brilliant but emotionally challenged Harvard Medical School graduate who just returned from a stint with Doctors Without Borders to discover that her beloved dentist dad, Robert (Bakula), has become engaged to Pen’s high school classmate Holly (Nicky Whelan) – a 29-year-old bubbly blonde who happens to be the “mean girl” in high school. 20th Century Fox TV is producing, with Klein and Aaron Kaplan executive producing. CBS comedy "Partners," from the creators of "Will & Grace," has cast Brandon Routh as the boyfriend of Michael Urie's character. Routh plays a former party boy who has put his drinking days behind him and is now a sober, vegan nurse.
Urie plays Louis, an architect whose marriage-like relationship with his straight best friend is more stable (if rather codependent) than any of the others in his life. His friend, Charlie, has yet to be cast, but "One Tree Hill's" Sophia Bush will be playing Charlie's girlfriend, Ali.
Also joining the pilot are Elizabeth Regen, who plays an assistant, and Lucy Davis, whose character is the bookkeeper for Ali's jewelry store. The castings were first reported by Deadline.
Routh and Bush have worked together before in the underrated comedy "Table for Three," which recently aired on The CW. Routh played a single guy who invited a couple (Bush...
