Alien invaders called Kiseichuu are draining humanity's energy. Retto Enjo reconnects with his withdrawn friend, Kirara Hoshino. On his way home, he encounters a Kiseichuu and becomes enraged seeing people lose their vitality.
Kirara joins as Hxe Yellow but struggles with her powers, letting the Kiseichuu escape. Momoka, Hxe Pink, scolds her for not thinking of erotic things daily. Kirara's shyness frustrates Momoka, who has her own reasons for concern.
Maihime, a relaxed nonathletic girl, becomes Hxe White due to her hidden Eros but lacks confidence. A Kiseichuu attacks her school. Meanwhile, Sora Tenkuji, Hxe Blue, has a secret hobby that Kirara discovers, leading to unexpected antics.
Retto and his team head to a Kiseichuu nest to rescue Kirara. Kirara frees herself and meets Chacha, a mutated Kiseichuu princess who wants to stop the invasion. They plan an escape together. Retto and his team arrive and charge in.
In Saitama many people are oversleeping and fatigued. Retto and the team begin to investigate an abandoned radio tower, but are trapped in a dream world by the villain. Can Retto wake up in time?
Kirara suffers hallucinations of her childhood self, Dark Kirara, who wants to pair her with Retto. Initially ignoring her alter ego, Kirara becomes flustered when Shiko shows interest in Retto.
The HXEROS headquarters generously grant Retto and the team a vacation at the beach, but when they arrive, they discover that the beach is covered with suspicious-looking sea cucumbers.
The Saitama and Tokyo branches visit Akihabara so the members can get to know each other better. Shiko is desperate to get close to Retto, so she suggests that the members divide up into two groups to explore the area.
Retto defeats a Kiseichuu but is stung by its poison. Soon after, a cute weasel escapes from his pants. The enemy was Nyotaikachuu, which turns its prey into females when stung.
