In an interview with Vulture, director Mike Burns said that they planned to have Bruce Willis shoot all of his scenes across two days. However, due to COVID-19 shutdowns, Willis could only be on set for one day. Therefore, they filmed all of his scenes in a single day.
Due to COVID complications, the entire film was shot in just nine days.
Sadly, Bruce Willis' scenes were reduced to just a one day shoot due to director Mike Burns being concerned about Willis' cognitive state, later revealed to be aphasia/dementia.
Bruce Willis and Lala Kent appeared in four movies together in two years: 10 Minutes Gone (2019), Trauma Center (2019), Hard Kill (2020) and Out of Death (2021).
