Part of the closing credits are a Spider-Man 3 (2007)-esque montage of scenes from all the three films.
This is the first Marvel film that has a prologue (the Iron Man armors are detonated) before the opening logos appear.
There is a statement at the end of the closing credits: "Tony Stark will return." His next appearance in the MCU is in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).
SPOILER: There is a scene at the end of the closing credits: Tony Stark is seen speaking about his experiences to Dr Bruce Banner, who has been napping throughout the recount.
There are no opening credits at all, save for the Marvel and Paramount logos, so the title of the film, "Iron Man Three" does not appear until well into the end credits.
Begins and ends with the Paramount Logo, and Paramount Pictures is credited as releasing the film. The end of the credits, however, reveal that Walt Disney Pictures actually released the film.
