This is the 3rd time Jessica Lowndes and Chad Michael Murray worked together on a film. The other two films were Too Close for Christmas (2020) and Angel Falls Christmas (2021).
Seattle was not settled in the 1700's. According to Brittanica.com, "The city was settled on November 13, 1851, at what is now West Seattle."
Based on the novel Tycoon's Kiss by Jane Porter. The book and movie are fairly different, from the main male character's name (tech tycoon Joel Sheenan was named Troy in the book) to the small-town controversy surrounding the hotel and Taylor's brother's mental health struggles.
At 2:54 in, a train passes by going left to right. To the left of the rainbow in the background, in line with a tall green tree, is a second rainbow. It's very faint, so it's easy to miss, but if you look carefully, you'll see that it's a double rainbow there.
