    Very confusing

This film drops the viewer into the deep end and doesn't explain anything. In fact, even the characters are confused and the story is uncovering one big mystery, which actually just leads to more confusion. It's hard to know exactly what's going on and who all the characters are, since there are so many of them. The animation style is atrocious but I see what they were going for. This film had a lot of potential based on the story concepts (which I had to look up online) but the execution was messy and confusing.

    • Trivia
Yggdrasil on this movie is the main super-computer of the Digital World, but originally Yggdrasil is from Norse myth: the tree of life, and the terminals versandi (present), urd (past) and skuld (future). Originally they are goddesses who protect the three terminals (like the saga of Ah My Goddess!)
