[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for The Devil’s Hour Season 2.] One of the trippiest shows on TV returned with an even wilder second season: The Devil’s Hour, starring Peter Capaldi and Jessica Raine and diving deep into past lives and who does and doesn’t remember theirs. To prevent a bombing, Gideon (Capaldi) wants them to reset (which means dying), but Lucy (Raine) protests, bringing up her son, Isaac (Benjamin Chivers). Still, Gideon triggers the reset, shooting Lucy. One of them does see the other’s perspective, the stars tell TV Insider in the video interview above. “I think Lucy’s still hanging on to some semblance of, ‘I have a son, I have a life,'” says Raine. “We’ve shot Season 3 now, and Season 2 is a kind of a bridge, I think, from Lucy becoming pretty normal to becoming more like Gideon in Season 1 and focused, potentially looking insane to people, but doesn’t care.

Amazon Prime’s thriller drama series The Devil’s Hour, which gained quite some popularity when it first released in 2022, has now returned with a second season. As the first season had ended on a cliffhanger, with one of the central characters, Isaac, seemingly killed or fatally injured in a house fire, we were finally given answers to what happened to him and the others. The supernatural concept on which the series is established, which states that our lives follow the fictional law of recurrence, still exists and plays an even more important role this time around. Overall, The Devil’s Hour season 2 is a well-made continuation, which leaves us with even more questions in the end than it answers.
Spoiler Alert
What is Season 2 about?

Amazon Prime’s convoluted but thrilling mystery drama series The Devil’s Hour has returned with its 2nd season, leaving us with even more questions about the fate of the central characters than earlier. The Devil’s Hour season 2 is largely centered around a terrorist attack in which an unidentified bomber leaves an explosive in a children’s toy store named Rigby’s Toys. Although the death of seventeen victims in the attack can be ultimately avoided by the end, it also branches off the main sequence of events and sets up an even more convoluted future for the characters. This article will briefly discuss the possible plot points that we might see in season 3, which has already been confirmed by Amazon Prime Video, with respect to the manner in which season 2 ends.

So much can change minute to minute in The Devil’s Hour, which deals with past lives, but one thing that will always remain constant, and does in Season 2 (premiering October 18 on Prime Video), is that Lucy (Jessica Raine) and Gideon’s (Peter Capaldi) relationship is one of very reluctant allies at best. “It was really different to Series 1 because obviously we were face-to-face in a cell, and Lucy assumed that Gideon had abducted Isaac [Benjamin Chivers]. So she was absolutely terrified of him, but wanted to get answers,” Raine tells TV Insider. Such is not the case in Season 2. Now, “there is a thriller aspect to this series, a really exciting countdown to trying to stop this horrific crime that they are both completely focused on finishing. Exclusive: Benedict Cumberbatch’s Sherlock could be about to dust off his magnifying glass.
Sue Vertue, who produced the beloved BBC reimagining of Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes detective stories, has said the brand is likely to return.
“We love that show and there is a future for it. One day. Maybe. If everyone wants to do it,” Vertue told Deadline on the blue carpet at the Amazon Prime Video Trailblazers event in London.
“I’ve still got the set in storage somewhere, which is probably rotten, to be honest with you,” she added. “It’s just getting everybody aligned, it’s getting the actors to want to do it.”
Sherlock co-creator and star Mark Gatiss raised hopes for a film earlier this year, telling Deadline: “We’d like to make a film but trying to get everyone together is very difficult.”
Cumberbatch starred in the series alongside Martin Freeman’s John Watson.

One of the most popular characters from the hit Apple TV+ series “Ted Lasso” will have a lesser role in the upcoming fourth season. Philip Dunster, who plays the talented but self-centered soccer star Jamie Tartt, will no longer be a regular cast member. Entertainment reporter Matthew Belloni revealed Dunster may make some guest appearances but his time on screen will be significantly reduced.
This change comes from scheduling conflicts with other acting jobs Dunster has taken. He is committed to the Prime Video thriller “The Devil’s Hour” where he plays Mike Stevens. Dunster also joined the cast of Apple TV’s drama “Surface” in a season two role. With commitments to both shows, he no longer has availability to be a series regular on “Ted Lasso.”
A little Ted Lasso news: Phil Dunster, who plays Jamie Tartt, is not expected to return for Season 4. He's got conflicts with other shows.

The Oa was such a phenomenal sci-fi project that even five years after it was canceled, it still lingers in the minds of its fans.
But Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij's show is not the only sci-fi series that leaves you questioning reality and amazes with its ideas. We have chosen ten projects that should appeal to those who still miss the mysterious story of Prairie.

Sergei and Lily work for a successful It company called Amaya, with its office located in the middle of a dense pine forest. One morning, the owner of the company, Forest, makes Sergei an unexpected offer – he decides to promote the employee to a top-secret department, where even the colleagues are not allowed to tell each other what they are developing.
What he sees shocks Sergei so much that on the very first evening he tries to break the rule and takes secret data with him.

On April 25th, Dead Boy Detectives was released on Netflix – the most anticipated premiere for those who love investigations mixed with the paranormal.
If you've already binge-watched all eight episodes and want to immerse yourself in a similar world, these five series are for you.
1. The Outsider, 2020
In a small town, eleven-year-old schoolboy Frankie is brutally murdered. The fingerprints of Terry Maitland, a youth baseball coach and respected citizen, are found at the scene. Several witnesses also point to him.
The police arrest a suspect in front of the whole town, without waiting for further evidence or DNA tests. However, the "killer" does not admit guilt and claims to have an alibi – which he has, as he was seen in another place at the time of the murder. But the locals already hate Terry and his family.

In recent years, we've seen more and more news of book-to-film adaptations getting TV remakes. Examples include His Dark Materials, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Interview with the Vampire, Reacher, as well as upcoming high-octane adaptations like Twilight and, of course, Harry Potter.
Some of us see this pop culture phenomenon as a miserable exploitation of once-popular franchises, while others are thrilled by the success of the aforementioned reboots. But what few can argue with is the fact that in 2024, technological capabilities have improved and the series can accommodate much more detail than the movie.
That's why the upcoming Harry Potter show could be a great opportunity for a long-awaited depiction of one of the best moments in the book that was barely touched on in the movie.
New Harry Potter Show Already in the Works
In April 2023, Warner Bros. officially announced that J.K. Rowling's fantasy novels would officially get a new live-action adaptation.
