When Harriet and Dr Jones are eating at a restaurant for the first time, Dr Jones empties his glass, yet in the next scene the glass is full again. This happens a few times throughout the scene.
Harriet's luggage disappears towards the end of the movie.
There are a couple scenes where Ewan McGregor goes to his koi pond and feeds them bits of bread. Koi eat vegetation, algae and small fish/crustaceans. But never bread. It holds no nutrition for them. As a Dr. specializing in fish, bread is the last thing he would feed them.
Towards the end of the film, a massive release of water washes out the encampment beside the salmon farm, debris is scattered round the film set alongside puddles yet there are still lit camp fires burning with well established embers, and small props such as lanterns which presumably would have been washed away with the deluge.
When the dam opens it floods the fish tank. The fish tank should be above the dam as the fish swim upstream. If the fish were below the dam, flooded as in movie, they could not migrate upstream.
Since the lake formed above the dam was created from underground aquifers (as stated in the movie) there can be no streams running into the lake and thus no way for the fish to run up stream. Salmon run in flowing streams and the water from the lake provides that.

When the scene in the helicopter is filmed, the only occupants are the pilot, Dr. Jones, and Harriet. As the copter lands, there is obviously someone wearing a tan shirt sitting in the passenger seat nearest the exit door. The door opens, but only Dr. Jones exits the back seat.
