Really appreciated learning more about all the cast members, their heritage, and deep connection to the land.
The punishing extremes in weather, the dangers that they face, the remarkable positivity and focus on community is a refreshing thing to experience.
My only complaint was the music layover in episode 8 was so loud and distracting that it was nearly impossible to hear what any of the cast members were saying.
All and all, I'd say that I learned a great deal about the true grit and fortitude that it takes for all of these people to live a truly subsistence lifestyle, their absolute commitment to their families, their heritage, and community.
I hope that there are more seasons ahead.
