I tuned in because I love polish history. So romantic and tragic. And here I expected a story about polish national Hero Tadeusz Kosciuszko and his Insurrection. Yet, 35 minutes in there is nothing at all about this chapter of Polish history. There is plenty about peasants and nobility, and how extremely mean every noble man was towards lowest class citizens. Poor men good, rich men bad seems to be the tune of this film. 50 minutes in and still nothing about Kosciuszko (minus minor encounter with bad bad nobleman) nor about Insurrection.
1 hour in I stopped as I lost interest. No story bar fleeing mistreated peasant, no plot bar noble bad, peasants good/poor.
This is not only huge waste of time but an insult to polish history. Obviously narrated by re-writing history agenda.
I am very, very disappointed.
