David Lord's porn career is thriving, but I can't see why. This clunker for Adam & Eve is worse than the usual atrocious "porn-parody" and that's saying something.
He starts from an unworkable premise, that is to make fun of a mainstream movie that wimpily made fun of pornography and its creation. That Kevin Smith stinker had Katie Morgan in the cast but was otherwise mindless, and Lord's imitation is dreadful.
The acting is poor throughout, with Evan Stone as a porn wannabe even hammier than usual -his performance is unwatchable. He keeps making a Ron Jeremy verbal reference over and over as if that produces an instant laugh, and Lord is so incompetent he neglected to include what I would have considered inevitable, namely a cameo by the Hedgehog himself.
Sex scenes are perfunctory and guest star Tiffany Mynx sort of playing herself proves to be uninteresting. As usual, with a sentimental "personal" end credit addressed to the fans Lord seems to be proud of his work, hence delusional.
