In the opening credits of the Finnish language version, Tove Jansson's original novel is misspelled as "Komeetta ja pyrstötähti". "Komeetta" and "pyrstötähti" are synonyms, both meaning "comet" in Finnish - so the nonsensically misspelled title would translate as "The Comet and the Comet". The novel's correct Finnish title is "Muumipeikko ja pyrstötähti" (Moomintroll and the Comet).
