Terrible acting. Almost as bad as its visual effects
I started watching the series with great interest but was soon disappointed by the poor visual effects and second-rate acting by the main characters. The performances of the main characters are full of clichés and are not believable due to the stilted and sometimes annoying overacting. A pity considering the boldness and promise of the plot as it brought to light the relationship between the King of Spain and Bárbara Rey. An open secret that the press of the time helped to hide and that now, when the image of the King of Spain has been called into question by the endless scandals that his dissolute life has led him to be involved in, finally comes to light.

Those of us who lived long enough and know the story
I have enjoyed not only the fantastic characterization of Jaime as Angel Cristo and Belen as Barbara but the story we oldies knew in chronological order. Finally, we can openly know the story of King Juan Carlos and Barbara, a vox populi for years. A sad story of a marriage between Barbara and Angel that is full of marriage violence, a man destroyed by drugs and alcohol, and a fighting woman that raises her children alone. For those that want to see the story with open eyes, I highly recommend it. As for the King, not only Corinna has a story but many others. I wonder if he will sue Barbara for exposing this "secret"
