Aadhi Bhagavan

This was the first Indian film to feature 7.1 surround sound at standard resolution.

The end fight was took place in some museum with three guys fighting each others and none other were there. A museum will always have officials and security 24x7, it will never be deserted with valuable, old and precious stuffs.

During end credit the director appears as a cameo in a song.

The theatrical release received a total of 24 cuts in order to be cleared with an A (adults only) certificate. These cuts included removal of several cuss words, addition of anti-smoking disclaimers, deletion of scenes showing currency and passport burning, some lyrics in a song, a few scenes of violence and most importantly, the changing of film's title from Aadhi Bhagavan to Ameerin Aadhi-Bhagavan (to denote two characters as Aadhibhagavan is the name of a God) and the heroine's name from Kaali to Rani. A disclaimer about fiction was also added.
