Jeff Bergman, who voiced a number of Looney Tune characters in the early '90s, returned in this TV series as the voices of Bugs, Daffy, Sylvester, Tweety, Foghorn and Pepe for the first time in a while.

According to Best Friends (2011), Daffy's birthday is April 17th. This is a reference to the debut of Daffy Duck in a Looney Tunes cartoon: April 17, 1937.
Despite being a girlfriend of Daffy's own, the character of Tina Russo only appears in this show. She is never seen again or heard from in any other Looney Tunes entry.
