Film stars, government representatives, partners and members of the community, officially kicked off the inaugural Punjabi International Film Festival (Piff) with a VIP reception at the Mississauga Living Arts Centre. Among the more than 200 attendees were Hon. Bal Gosal Minister of Sport, Canada; Hon.
