A string of robberies take place at the most unlikely of places: children's Birthday parties. Each time, a toy or doll comes to life, stealing something of value, and taking off in a helicopter.
Henry Cabot Henhouse III (aka Superchicken) and Fred, attempt to throw a Birthday Party for Fred, in hopes o lure the Birthday Bandit to their home. After 2 weeks of partying, a 6-foot terry cloth chicken hawk is delivered to the door, and attempts to take Henry. Taking his Super Sauce, Henry turns into Superchicken, who beats back the chicken hawk, which flies off.
They trail the hawk to the lair of Salvador Rag Dolly, a crooked toy maker. However, he does not give up, and sets a wind-up Superchicken toy against the real Superchicken. In the end, their fight KO's Salvador, and each other.
After taking Salvador and his robotic Superchicken to prison, Fred flies his friend home...only to realize he jailed the real Superchicken, and is now flying with the windup toy.
