There is a second version of the film which uses different angles in violent scenes (various headshots) and shortens the death of Carlo. That version was created by the the studio itself (probably for TV broadcasting). Unaware of two different versions, the German version distributor Black Hill released the cut version. After details of the uncut version were released on schnittberichte.com, the uncut version was released as well.
It was released e.g. in Germany (the uncut version was released later as well).
