This is a layered film in all the best ways with fun humour and heart. The team did an incredible job on this wonderful film. A few films can make you laugh and cry. There's so much to like about this film and I won't spoil anything. It discusses themes that some people are uncomfortable with, but in such a beautiful way. The writer/director did a phenomenal job bringing these interesting characters to life and bringing plot points together. The story keeps you at your edge of your seat and has a surprisingl twist at to it. I enjoyed watching this film and I highly recommend it to fellow viewers.

The film begins with a sudden death at a funeral home, setting off a series of events that challenge one of the employees to navigate the dilemma of doing the right thing. It effectively explores the intersection of personal and professional growth, showing how these aspects of life can be intertwined rather than separate. The film strikes a commendable balance between tackling a serious subject and incorporating humor. I particularly enjoyed the end credits, which feature an official map of the Port of Portland outlining "approved" divisions for minorities. Overall, it's an engaging and well-crafted piece of work!
