'90s. California. Hollywood Boulevard. Koz is a long way from his roots in Milwaukee and sets out to get involved with the Sangres, one of the most dangerous outlaw motorcycle gangs in Los Angeles. But when his friend Ripley winds up dead, Koz finds himself with a gun to his head, forced to defend himself against the Sangres who may know his secret: that he's an undercover ATF agent.

After talking his way out of the events at the Sangres clubhouse, Koz receives an invitation from chapter president Big Ace to work as a "hang-around" at an after hours party at the Hollywood clubhouse. There, among movie stars and famous musicians, Koz makes his first steps in infiltrating the gang and has a deadly run-in with an Armenian Power gang.

Just barely escaping the shootout, Koz believes he may have started an all out war between the Sangres and Armenians. As tensions continue to flare, Koz tries to balance his undercover life with his true identity when he heads back to Simi Valley to see his newly pregnant wife, Becky.

Koz rides out into the desert for a Sangres chapter meetup, and runs into his old friend Pauly from ATF training. But when Koz is brought into a senior meeting with the Sangres he finds his entire identity is brought into question.

Now a Prospect, Koz is required to spend more time in his undercover role, which weighs on his life at home. As the lines between his two identities blur, Koz finds his allegiances shift towards the Sangres and stumbles upon a deadly mystery involving a human skull.

Koz and Pauly link Big Ace's skull to a potential murder in the desert. Meanwhile, the Armenians are out for blood and Koz is running out of time before his scheduled fight. Desperate, Koz must disobey Big Ace and manufacture a way out - one that could potentially wind himself in jail.

Within the confines of LA Central Jail, Koz enlists the help of Becky to get himself free. But when reunited with the Sangres, suspicion around Koz's lucky streak begins to spread, leading to a fateful night that defines his future with Sangres.

While doing drop offs for the Sangres, Koz makes a discovery about the skull and the body it belongs to. But when rumors of a snitch begin to permeate the Sangres, Koz's double life begins to fall apart as Becky goes into labor and Koz's ATF card ends up in the hands of Big Ace.

With his cover seemingly blown, ATF goes into lockdown and Koz executes a raid to finally bring down the Sangres. As he says goodbye to his undercover persona, Koz has one final confrontation with Big Ace and sets his sights on another motorcycle gang, this time 2,500 miles away.
