South by Southwest in Austin, Texas has begun and one of the films being screened is Teenage Cocktail. A poster and teaser for the film were revealed and are available after the jump. SXSW: Teenage Cocktail: “Feeling confined by their small town and overbearing parents, Annie and Jules hatch a scheme of running away. The only issue is, they need the money to get there. Jules suggests the couple try webcam modeling. Although she’s nervous at first, Annie can’t argue when the money starts rolling in. But as the girls soon find out, consequences can blindside you. Sometimes violently.

Chicago – On Tuesday, December 1st, the Midwest Independent Film Festival will award their 2015 “Best of the Midwest” with a ceremony at Rockit Bar & Grill, 22 W. Hubbard, in Chicago. The evening will be hosted by Festival Director Mike McNamara, and nominees include the short film “Baby Mary” (directed by Kris Swanberg), plus feature films “Full Frame” (directed by Christopher Kelley), and “Anguish” (directed by Sonny Mallhi).

FX just keeps rolling out the good news for its marquee anthology series, with American Horror Story and now the critically-adorned crime drama Fargo primed to return in 2016.

News of the latter’s renewal arrived earlier today, and though no cast or premiere dates were locked down, series creator Noah Hawley, John Cameron, Warren Littlefield, along with Joel and Ethan Coen are confirmed to executive produce the next outing.

“Year two of Fargo is an extraordinary achievement and, given Noah Hawley’s masterful storytelling, we can’t wait to see where the third, all-new version of Fargo takes us,” Schrier said along with FX Networks and FX Productions president of programming Eric Schrier, who announced the pickup alongside fellow president Nick Grad. “Our thanks to Noah, Warren, Joel and Ethan, John and our partners at MGM Television for making Fargo such a memorable and rewarding journey.”

Chicago – The opening night of the 2015 Midwest Independent Film Festival is on its usual First Tuesday of the month, February 3rd, and what better way to kick it off then to have Chicagoland native Alex Beh come back to present the Windy City premiere of his first feature film, “Warren.” Beh wrote, directed and performed as the title character in this slice-of-life romance about staying true to a life’s path, and everything that happens in spite of that hope.

At ABC‘s upfront, there were a few things that the network wanted to make sure you knew. 1) They are really impressed with the idea that people are going to watch Rebel Wilson do just about anything, and 2) There isn’t anything they’re happier about than bringing you more episodes of television created by Shonda Rhimes.

On these notes, the network would love for you to know that more Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal are coming your way. These, ABC would like to impress upon you (as advertisers) are really good shows. Because… hellllooo… so many people watch them that we’re bringing them back. But wait, don’t think that you’re as excited as you can get yet, because if those are your favorite shows, then we have a new one for you to fall in love with, Betrayal.

The Fall TV Season presentations for all the new network shows take place this week with the third announced earlier today. Here's a full breakdown of which concepts have made the final list over on ABC.

The network is changing up some of its serialized dramas - removing random repeats in favor of two "uninterrupted runs" of twelve episodes each (one in the fall, one in the spring) for shows like "Once Upon A Time," "Grey’s Anatomy," "Scandal" and "Revenge". The large gaps between the two half-seasons will be bridged by "limited series" designed around only 12-13 episode seasons.

Several other pilots didn't make the final cut and won't be seen including the high-profile "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" rip-off "Gothica", McG's rip-off of Baz Luhrmann's "Romeo + Juliet" entitled "Westside", the series based on Disneyland's Big Thunder Mountain ride, the Annie Potts-led "Murder in Manhattan" about...

Great news from ABC: The network has ordered additional seasons of its soapy dramas Nashville, Scandal and Grey’s Anatomy, as well as another year of Castle.

The network also rounded out its drama orders by renewing Revenge and Once Upon A Time. On the comedy side, it’s bringing back Modern Family (no duh), The Middle, Suburgatory, Last Man Standing, and The Neighbors.

As for new shows, ABC announced the pickup of comedy Super Fun Night, a Rebel Wilson starrer about a junior attorney and her two best friends, who have a standing date every Friday night for the last 13 years.
