The film was planned in 2005 but was shelved for some reason and Farah Khan went on to make Om Shanti Om (2007), and Tees Maar Khan (2010).
In the end we get a glimpse of SRK's youngest son AbRam.
When Deepika walks down in her new dress "Ajab Si" from "Om Shanti Om" (2007) (also directed by Farah Khan and starred SRK and Deepika Padukone) is played and Shahrukh holds her dupatta like he did in that song.
The movie already had earned more than Rs 400 Crores before release. Rs 200 Cr from selling television and music rights and Rs 200 Cr from its promotion.
This is the second time, after "Chennai Express" that Shah Rukh Khan has put his heroine's name ahead of the rest of the cast in the opening credits.
