Jack Huston guesses that Lucy Hargrove, portrayed by Bethany Joy Lenz, is a singer. In reality, Lenz is one half of the music duo Everly.
Hallmark movie regulars Rachel Boston and Wes Brown have small but pivotal roles as the modern-day actors portraying "Rebecca" and "Charlie" respectively in the remake of the film-within-a-film "His Merry Wife!" filmed at Biltmore Estate at the end of the movie. She makes an in-joke reference to their previous movie Check Inn to Christmas (2019), the inference being that they are portraying themselves.
