It's amazing after eight years there are no reviews for this movie. I came across it on the "Faith & Family" channel on Apple TV, and wasn't sure what to think at first. It starts out feeling "made for TV" but the more I watched, the more the presentation, humor, and storytelling style grew on me. Watch if you're in the mood for something light which doesn't look like it came out of an over-polished Hollywood post-production studio. It's an honest film with good performances, and is just quirky enough to give it that extra something which to me makes it stand out.
Family friendly but more of an adult-geared story.
