Doc McStuffins is a legendary Disney Junior cartoon that helped break new boundaries, as the main character is a girl who is a toy doctor, inspiring female doctors. Now, it is revived in this new stop-motion series of shorts.
In this, after completing her science project, Doc gets a new toy, a plush rabbit named Bella Bunnynose (voiced by Kate Micucci). Bella always wanted to be a toy doctor, which confuses the other toys Doc McStuffins has, as she is dressed like a doctor. However, Doc takes the bunny in as her intern, teaching her the important lessons a toy doctor needs to learn.
Now this is a neat short series. With the returning characters of Doc, Stuffy, Chilly, Lambie, and Hallie, the VAs who voiced these characters in the show (with Doc, her second VA, Laya DeLeon Hayes) return to reprise their roles to help Bella learn these important lessons, with each episode focusing on important lessons. The stop motion is beautifully done, and the writing and acting are done perfectly, mixing education with some good humor.
