The first twenty minutes are a bit confusing and I did not really know whether to continue watching.
A lot of dancing on a film set is happening that does not seem to make any sense and also other things going on didn't really work well together.
But then comes the first of maaany unexpected twists.
The movie rapidly turns into some kind of supernatural zombie flick with a film crew trapped inside an abandoned school building and fighting for survival.
That part of the movie is quite good but I always had the feeling, that it good have been better with a better script or director.
Though things that did not quite fit in the beginning all fall into place.
Then comes the next twist you definitely will not see coming.
The movie turns into the hunt for some evil supernatural entity and you will never guess who it is.
You will also never guess why the people who trapped the film crew and were responsible for the zombie outbreak did why they did.
Then comes another mindblowing twist I won't spoil for you.
The premise and the plot of the movie are really good, and I liked it but the execution could have been better and more thrilling.
Instead of wasting the first twenty minutes with dance scenes they could have told the zombie attack way better or used the time to enhance the part of the hunt for the evil entity.
It is a good movie and I'd recommend watching it but it could have been a really great movie with a better script and director and a focus on the important parts.
Instead they show too much uninteresting and confusing stuff at length while cutting short what is good about the story.
A wasted opportunity.
