Vaporisation is an interesting topic, but unfortunately not well developed.
The first half of the film is fascinating, but from the "hearse driver" onwards the film degenerates into a cheap thriller. The hearse driver's temper, his outbursts, and the gang elements are just a big deviation from the film's tone and topic.
The grainy texture and blurriness created by the transfer from digital to film is reminiscent of the old classic film "Picnic at Hanging Rock", which is a gorgeous model for directors to follow in terms of perception and temperament.
Also, the psychological development of the heroine should have been made clearer, so that the ending could have been enigmatic, but not so abrupt.
