Several innuendos.
A couple kiss scenes early on in season 2 between Henry and another character.
There is suggestive dialogue and sexual references and thus can happen in a lot of created Dan Schneider shows like Drake and Josh, Zoey 101, iCarly, and Victorious.
There was a reference to boobs.
There was occasional kisses in season 1 and 2 but the later seasons there isn't alot.
Piper occasionally calls Kid Danger attractive not knowing he is really her brother. Played for comedy.
Once in Season 2, Captain Man says, "It's time to chew and blow," referencing bubblegum but Henry replies with a comment checking he means the gum.
Henry's sister Piper says "Kid Danger is so hot" Charlotte then immediately replies with a disgusted look on her face "yeah you probably shouldn't say that" implying Piper called her own brother hot.

There are some times where blood can be shown, weapons are usually laser and real ones are only mentioned.
Much slapstick throughout.
Captain Man and Kid Danger often fight with criminals, sometimes using weapons.
There is often physical comedy revolving around the fact that Captain Man (and others who replicate his indestructibility) are unharmed by things that would seriously injure an ordinary person (such as falling from a great height or getting shot by a cannon.) it is also implied that they still feel the pain of those things for a second.
As an immature man-child, Ray often does violent and dangerous things such as playing with a sword or trying to blow up a bird with a blaster, or even threatening to blow up the Man Cave. This is done for satire.
It can get a little violent between henry and ray but other than that it is fine.

Nearly all episodes include the phrase "oh my god".
In an episode a villain mentions a dam and later treats dam as of it were the word "damn". Piper calls something "BS". It stands for bullshit but we then found out its "Bad Suggestion".
None. But name calling is used, as well as words that replace bad words.
References to swearing such as, "mother lover," "freaking," and others.
Use of Dang, heck, darn, oh my god, gosh, stupid and idiot.
In 2 episodes, captain man swears under his breath.
Through the entire show they swear a few times, but it's extremely brief.

It was a scene where Ray and Invisible brad went out for a beer. Later on, there is a picture with ray holding a beer, but no video or drunk talking.

Sometimes a character gets a serious health condition such as a snake bite or heat exhaustion. It is often done in a comedic way.
The series is primarily satire, but there are some serious moments, such as when Captain Man and Kid Danger debate whether to erase all of a major supporting character's memories. However, it tends to quickly go back to being satirical.
Occasionally Captain Man and Kid Danger do questionable things for the sake of satire, such as wiping the memories of innocent people, using superpowers or devices for personal problems, or forcing a suspect to confess to a crime.
Occasionally a character is presumed dead and later revealed to have survived, although the reveal of their survival is often several episodes later.
