Most of the violence in this film is accompanied by blood, sprays, drips, graphic impalings and stabbings. An arm is severed and shown quickly, and the scene where a man's throat is torn out is brief but graphic.

There is an "x-ray effect" in the film that depicts people's bones when they are broken that may make some people cringe.

An attempt is made to kidnap a young girl, who is frightenned in the process.
