The title refers to the phrase, "it's all downhill from here." Interestingly, the idiom may be interpreted as negative or positive. Its simplest and most common meaning is a positive one, specifically that the hard work is over and now things will get better. In this context, "downhill" means "easier" because things typically roll downhill (instead of having to be "pushed uphill"). However, "downhill" has a negative interpretation as well in that it literally means "moving toward the bottom," (the opposite of being at the top). If something is "going downhill," it's getting worse.
