This is the unaired pilot episode of THE FUGITIVE TV series. A revised pilot was broadcast later and became the first episode of the series.
The musical score played while Kimble is being harassed by the police is the same music over Rod Serling's prologue of Nightmare at 20,000 Feet (1963) from The Twilight Zone (1959).
