I loved it.
She is pretty, she is smart, she isn't shy, she doesn't play under safe humor and she made me laugh several times. I totally recommend this.
racial..vulgar..funny
The netflix trailer for her show is not funny.
You probably should watch any other preview of it. For some reason, they soft sell the amount of jokes there are on poo..anal sex..vaginal mucous etc. I wouldn't say her material is more shocking than funny but there's something about watching a nerdy Asian woman say all this stuff that is both dirty and hilarious.
Her comedy definitely goes against what you expect to come out of a pregnant woman's mouth. I thought her best stuff was the sexual and racial material so if you like that or her show "fresh off the boat" then you'll probably like it.

Generational Humor for Women
I'm a 35 year old women and I found the show hilarious. It left me wanting to just hang out with Ali, and maybe she would become my best friend. Her humor is extremely relatable, based on truths some of which I had chosen to forget, others keep quiet. Watching the show on my own, I found myself laughing out loud on my couch, and wondering how she would dare say some of the things coming out of the mouth, and if her husband and family were allowed to watch the show. I've also watched a few episodes of Fresh Off the Boat - a show for which she writes - and could recognize the frankness of her style despite covering completely different topics.

Funniest comic I've ever seen and I've watched all the major ones
Best pregnant comic in history (and a really great one even without that title).
Especially good humor for people between age of 18-35
Maybe it was just a killer performance as she is not that widely known but it made me laugh more than any other stand up ever.
The whole thing was like a movie plot with good writers behind it, which I'm not a critic so I don't care much about plots, but in this case it really helped it seem natural to deliver the jokes one after the other, not disjointed at all.
Just don't watch it with your parents ;)

Loved it!
I loved her show. Her material are well delivered and the connection between the jokes are great unlike most comedians who are throwing out a lot of jokes until they find one that gets the reaction.
Her personality is great on stage and I enjoyed every single moment of it even during the awkward moments.

The funniest female stand-up comedian.
You can say whatever you want from Ali Wong, that she is vulgar, that she's not afraid to laugh with other races, but the only fact that is relevant in a stand-up comedy is to be funny, and that is Ali Wong definitely. It's the second show I watch from her and they were both good, Baby Cobra is even better than Hard Knock Wife in my opinion. Ali Wong says it like it is, it's raw, a bit vulgar, but very funny. I can understand that for some people it's too much, that's what it is with humor, or you can take it or you're offended, in my case I'm her biggest fan. Can't wait for more shows of Ali Wong, maybe of a non-pregnant Ali Wong next time, that would be a change.

Ali's sexual adventures... Wait, what?...
"Baby Cobra" was the first time that I got introduced to Ali Wong. I didn't even know about her prior to finding this stand-up special on Netflix.
Ali Wong does have some good jokes throughout the course of this stand-up show, and she does manage to set up her jokes quite well. She delivers the punchlines to the jokes nicely as well.
It is nice that she is not afraid to say things as they are, and she does take lighthearted jabs at racial stereotypes. She is not afraid to make jokes on her own heritage, which also turned out quite hilarious.
Ali Wong is actually a rather fun and entertaining woman, and I was definitely genuinely entertained with this show, and I had some really great laughs along the way from her performance and her jokes.
So if you enjoy stand-up comedy, then I think Ali Wong is one of the women that you should find it hard to miss. No puns intended. She is definitely a name to remember.

It made me laugh a little but..
There were some parts that were serious downers / gross. I would advise her to work on those parts. I want to know about your HPV or the mucus you have due to pregnancy or how you "trapped" your husband.

It's been a long time since I've heard stand up this funny. I'm glad she's out there.

Saved by her expressive character
Stand up comedy is not solely a man's terrain. There are brave ones , like Ali who muster the nerves to still perform despite, the preggy belly. Before you start watching this show, leave your preferences outside the door because there are some moments which are genuinely funny. Her material on this special has elements that only an Asian person will understand at times, and not because it is meant to be racist, but stating matter of factly how it is with the clannish culture , too close for comfort attitude of many Asian families. She falls flat on sustaining the fun at times but as a viewer you tend to forgive her because she makes up on the unfunny by pulling out her funny face and movements all the time. That's a lot of energy to give, six points goes to her for that.

A few good jokes but the rest...
It starts good but as the time goes by it's straight up scurrilous. I had to force myself to finish it. And don't get me wrong, I'm okay with a few rude jokes here and then, but it can't be 1 hour long all about it. It's not comedy, it's just rude language. Very ungracious.
One of the funniest shows I've ever watched. I did over 10x and i still laugh!

Love it
I don't like women's stand ups because they are usually not funny. My husband watched first 10 minutes of this show and made me watch it with him. I'm glad I did, we laughed till we cried. I should probably say that My husband is American and i'm Russian so We understand the racial jokes we Also have 3 kids so we know how it is to be pregnant. I recommended this show to all my Russian friends and they loved it. So definitely worth your time.
I felt like I was spreading covid to my iPad from laughing and had to clean it afterwards to be safe
I've seen a lot of angry white male youtubers posting videos about how women aren't funny - it's such a stupid stigma to believe in (and I don't like that I'm drawing attention to it here), but I understand why it exists because historically there have been so many more acclaimed male comedians than there are female ones. Their arguments were so stupid, with no regard for how women have only been able to do a lot of jobs much more recently than men, and I hated to think that I couldn't clap back with a female comedian I really liked, until now.
Ali Wong is exhibit A, I'm sure I'll fill up the rest of the alphabet with all the other comedians I've been sleeping on, but for now let me say that Baby Cobra is a great show. I really liked Wong's physical comedy, expressiveness and delivery, and it wasn't the same old topics, there was such a variety: feminism, Texas Instrument calculators, poop. Hard Knock Wife is next on my list (still pregnant!? It's all good, you should wait until you're ready).
Go and watch this special so that Ali Wong can retire and become a house wife/genius... or actually don't...

Unimpressed
Read some mixed reviews about this special, mostly good, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm regretting that now. Maybe it's just the humor that I'm accustomed to but I found none of Baby Cobra entertaining. I could tell she was trying and what she does works for some people. It certainly has nothing to do with the slight vulgar elements, I'm a big fan of Ron White's stand-up. It simply isn't funny in my opinion. I enjoy the comedy styles of those like Jim Gaffigan and Mitch Hedberg. She's closer to the level of someone like Amy Schumer without the shock value...or the funny. My opinion was obviously much different than the people in the audience. Had I not seen people in the seats I would have been sure Netflix used a laugh track at her punchlines. I would have given her special a rating of 1 out of 10 if it weren't for two vaguely redeeming qualities: She appears to be enthusiastic about performing and she's an attractive female comic. (The last reason may come off a bit crass but I really had no other motivation to endure the entire show.) I'm not attempting to deter anyone from watching her show but after seeing it I would advise you to set the bar low before starting.
