A future classic
A&D Studios has outdone themselves yet again with this incredible film. Led by an all-star cast, Devon Presley shines with his variety of voices, particularly the crazy Strangelove-inspired mad scientist, Dr. Frans. As usual, the animation is top of the line, and includes an intense Rancor fight straight from "Return of the Jedi", some excellent spaceship CGI, and an epic final confrontation with the three-eyed conqueror, Galactor. Director Arthur Behnke has chosen a killer soundtrack, incorporating classics from Simon & Garfunkel and David Bowie, as well as an original song. I'd also like to give praise to a particular flashback scene and for Peter Sickel's small but hilarious voice acting. And who could forget the genius creation of Stumpy, the lovable but grumpy Igor-alien from Shtum-Shtum, who grunts his way though his unfortunate situation. Funny, moving, and entertaining, this film is sure to delight with its colorful visuals, pop-culture references, and humor.
