The hospice Reuma Park is actually filmed in an amusement park on Milan's artificial lake Idroscalo.
Salvatore Ficarra and Valentino Picone plays the twin sons of Aldo. The comedy duo had its movie debut right in a movie of Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo, with minor roles in Chiedimi se sono felice (2000).
The movie was poorly reviewed by critics and audience. The failure led the trio to temporarily discontinue their common activities and to focus on individual works. The trio then reunited with the movie Odio l'estate (2020), which on the contrary was definitely successful.
