Due to travel restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic, Mickey Rourke was temporarily stranded in Latvia during pre-production.

Major Johnson mentions the OSS [Office of Strategic Services], formed on June the 13th 1942, the OSS was the United States' intelligence agency during World War Two that then became the forerunner to the Central Intelligence Agency [CIA].
The film was released in theaters, on digital and on demand on 1/21/22.
