Scott Adkins is the only reason you will likely bother to watch this film. Alas! That's all you get because everything is just so tedious about this production. You get less than 10 minutes martial arts action from him throughout the entire film; he seems to use guns more and more in his film churn outs these days.. Mario Van Peebles has never - IMHO - been a good actor other than a support role fill in. His role is that here but his character is so annoying and fake that I just wanted him killed off in the first 30 minutes or so!
Sadly, as I have mentioned before, Scott is just going down the Steven Segal road by releasing 3 films a year and, all have nothing different about them except for the film locations. At least Segal uses his to get over some sort of important environmental or political message. Adkins could have used this outing to say something about how bad drugs and those involved with distribution are to the world.

Rubbish film for me and I would have given a -5 if it was possible to do so here at IMDb.
