So much potential, but never realised

The premise of this short film could go so far, Zinnia has a real condition, which has a real impact on family, the attempt was there to show how it affected her and her family, but the execution was terrible, It is hard to know if the script for the parents Nyssa Arcos and Daniel Lawson was intentionally pedestrian due to their lack of acting ability, or if the script was just terrible. Either way the only acting of any value in this was from Paulina Chavez who played Zinnia, although even her work was hardly award winning. Chavez does go on in her career to do some good work, and continues to do so, which makes me think it was more the lack of quality in the script and direction that let this short film down so badly.

Lots of potential, wasted with such poor execution.
