For most of the runtime, people are shown dying, it's not mostly shown onscreen, but their bodies are shown (with no blood).
When the volcano starts to erupt, a helicopter flying by gets hit by a sudden burst by smoke, crashing inside the volcano and landing on the ground, exploding. People are seen getting thrown off of a platform into the now active volcano by the sudden bursts of smoke, with people also getting hit by debris. During the scene, a man is seen on fire, screaming in pain, but the fire gets extinguished.
