I know what I love and can watch again - I am the sort of person I can only watch a movie once - if I can watch it again I like it . .if I tell others about it,., loving it even more !!!
YET if it haunts me for days and shapes a perception or two I have .. I like it a little more than caring about how many dolphins or whales died whilst you read this.

Joker: Folie à Deux (2024)
when a movie turns fans into the joke.
Perfect example how hollywoood mocks fans and actors alike.
I think the real joke of this movie is how little Hollywood thinks of a fan base of celebrities and characters on and off screen.
I'ts like they wanted this movie to be a flop.
Sure I like Gaga and Joaquin - why I sat through the whole ordeal. They did the best they could with such a shocker of a story line.
Such a shame to watch such a mockery take place on the big screen in sooo many ways.
The only hope for this movie is anyone who does a sequel to this gets the same actors sing instuctions on assemlbinng IKEA furniture. And it still manages to rate better with fans than this.
Sooo soo dissapointed. Shame on HOLLYWOOD to waste such great talent on such a flop !!!
Deadpool & Wolverine (2024)

I am team Deadpool.
Was this the best one so far ?? Hmmm
the lines that were there did land.. but was I expecting better writing yeah a little.
But I would say I would watch this again in 3d for the proper experience.
Were you like me and had overload on which Deapool you wanted to see more of ??
The Tropes were off the charts and loved every slam it landed.
The car scene omg .. anyone who has a sibling surely loved that scene.
Deadpool can not end on just that movie.. we need more of Deadpool in this age of movies and society commentary. ( not even fusy on which universe Deadpool will rock )
I found it awesome that wolvers beinng the OG of disgruntled was put against Deadpool -- for sure will watch this one again ..
Dance Moms: A New Era (2024)
What a horrific show !!!
My review has nothing to do about the young girl dancers. Or comments on how hard they worked. I think they did a great job .
The toxic world in showig how ugly the dance world can be was traumatic.
How is this a "winning " school ?? I would rather watch a dance school about a lot of kids laughing and having fun and never winning a poxy trophy.
Everytime I seen a little kid cry over dancing just broke my heart. I am actually sad that the love of dance became so cut throat emotional . And then the Jon Bonet performace ?? Are you kidding me ?? To the young girls.. I hope you know you dance wonderfully and hope you do love dancing just for the sake of it..
I hope this dance buisness is closed down - if an animal shelter spoke to animals like this, it would be shut down for cruelty.
Can not believe this woman is not only allowed to speak to children like this but paid and praised for doing it.
Do these parents know how cheap a trophy is ?? 100 bucks can buy one of the biggest one's on the market and be customed built.
Horrific show .. I would rather watch UFC and see clear rules on fighting.
Rendel: Cycle of Revenge (2024)
I didint hate it.
I found it was the little things about this movie that made it good.
Some comments - looks some actors give.
Things like that.
I found half of the time thinking I am watching a version of deadpool if he was cranky and didnt talk as much.
I dont expect the budget was very large for this so I thik it did well.
But sadly it falls into the cliche of good but cranky person fights bad guys. And you can take a guess on who ends up winning.
I have watched worse movies that were far less entertaining.
I thought the fight scenes whilst good .. were ones I have seen before..
Rendel's inner struggle was nicely done. That was a differentt way to present that . So did enjoy that.
In saying that if there was a 3rd movie made I would most surely watch it to see what happens next.
The Patient (2022)
Meh ..
This spent a lot of time essentially talking about nothing.
I did acutally laugh at a few of the one liners ( and then laughed even more for noticinng what I was laughing at)
I dont think it needed to be 6 small episodes..
Started to actaully wonder if this was a personal attack from the writer itself., or some sort of promotional video
I was really hoping for a real battle of the minds on some deep level- and sadly only ended up battling with my own on should I power through to make it to the end. Without falling alseep - yes literally fell asleep 15 mins before the ending .
One thing if for sure. There is no need to make a second season of this.
I feel that is the best part of this limited series.
Survive the Raft (2023)

Yeah I may use that line for a while... and thats about all this show had for me.
I think I was really done at the dude eating all the bugs and still getting told to march along.. that was way rough.
The rest is like chringe chringe ..
No real topics talked about - but heaps of feels with no real points - nothing really experimental about this show other than how much cash this show can make.
I had such hopes for this show .. but I guess if this is how we really doing as a society .. the "raft" is leaky and is not really going anywhere.
I think I would of jumped ship and made an actual raft and found some sharks to hug and kiss.
You can "survive" not watching this show.
Fight to Survive (2023)
If you survive watching this you are the true hero. .01/10
Look , I would like to say something nice about this show .. so here goes .. the location is nice. SOME of the contestants are easy to listen to and watch. Ok and thats about it.
The concept of fight club ok .. but the casting is all wrong. It was just like watching the athletic team fight the math club and expecting a fair fight.
The only real survival aspect is for the home viewer, can you survive watching people with no survival skillls attack people in a ring ?
I really can not believe a tv network thought this would be good television. It was like watching someone kick a puppy day after day.
This would have been better if it was just a bucnh of MMA fighters or boxers dumped on an island with nightly fight club .. at least it would have been an equal match in the ring. I am sure there are one or 3 cast members bombarded with hate mail after this show aired.. I will leave it to you to work out which ones.
But in saying that if you enjoy watching people struggle to catch crab on a Fijian island.. you will like this show .

Good show, Felt a lot of vibes from " can't buy me love "
I laughed and cringed more than I thought I would.
I couldn't help but enjoy Broderick being his perfect on dads character ( If Ferris had this dad )
I think this movie would have upset a lot of people if the genders were reversed. 30 year old woman hangs out with 19 year old boy.
But in saying this this is a coming of age story,A time in life a couple of people share _ I am sure anyone over the age of 30 has a story that can related to the events in this show. Am sure the under 25's knows a story like this they can not talk about. Or vice versa :P
I put it on to do the housework to .. ended up rewinding a couple of times because it was funny to even hear let alone listen to.
Like rom coms .. you're going to watch this.
Inside Out (2015)
Very Osmosis Jones feel.
Just like Ozmosis gives children a fun learning experience. I would say 8 - 12 years - younger if the child is a deep thinker.
Sort of movie you can stop and have a chat about particular lines and comments/ scenes. Which to me is half the fun of watching movies with kids .. seeing what they think and learn and laugh from.
Cute enough delivery on explaining emotions and showing it's okay to have some emotions at some times.
Explores how each emotion and character self-explores no matter what.
A good teaching tool to open up a dialogue with some kids. I felt an overall good way to say hey look how this movie talks about emotions.
Champions (2023)

I want to see the next year recruits in this game.
What a great movie in a time when we need to see FRIENDS get a goal in.
I only watched this movie because Woody was in this. Was so great to see him outshined in such a feel good movie about just being on a team being yourself.
By the end of the show I was like woody who ??
Show me more of Madison Tevlin (Consentino) I want her to meet her younger self in the next one and show the world why sometimes in a world that is not a ski resort sometimes you need a pair of skis. Or a boogie board.....
I want to see the whole team meet kids who challenge these characters and show more to them than just a basketball team .. they are FRIENDS !!!
CHAMPION of a movie. I will wait for the sequel of this. IT MUST HAPPEN !!!
Arkitekten (2023)
It almost went somewhere ..
I thought it started as an interesting concept. Sadly that's the best thing I can say- if a movie should be made with an improved plot , script , camera work ending it is this this movie. This could have gone in any direction but the one it ended up in and it would be a better film. Felt like a university film project where half the crew failed to read the brief.
If you would like to think of 100 ways to improve a movie this could be the show for you -
Here is a hint to what you are in for- The best part for me was a dog dragging around a drone (twice) one star each time - and mannequins in a shop window one star for concept - only things that made me go HA ! - so yup go ahead treat yourself - perhaps watch something else.....
Inventing Anna (2022)
Omg worst accent ever
I really had to watch this mostly with the sound down and subtitles the accent is embarrassing.... Arrrrghhh. Everyone else plays good parts but the accent attempt arrrghhh. Why did they let that happen ??
American Gods (2017)
Who ever picks up season 4 will win.
Not often we get good shows and when we do they cancel them !! Such a shame.
This storyline still has big places to go !! Who ever picks this up has an instant hit on their hands.
Love on the Spectrum (2019)
The only dating show I have liked in decades.
I am not one of the ones who gets into dating shows.
I am actually one of the beasts who gave Titanic a low score.
BUT THIS SHOW IS GREAT !!
I cheer, I go awww and even sad faces for this cast.
The only thing I don't like about this show is I have been made to wait too long between seasons !!

Not a Bad series.
The acting is pretty good. The story is interesting .
Its actually better than most of the new stuff Netflix is throwing out and around.
When I seen this on the up and coming, My initial response was "oh cool"
yeah I could wash the dishes with this playing in the background.
Sexy Beasts (2021)
Keep hand on fast forward button.
I thought this was actually going to be good.
The whole shows premise is that its not about looks.
But the whole show reveal on how pretty the other one thinks the other one is.
That could of done so much better with the casting and actually made it watchable.
Skip to look at the masks/makeup designs ( great work on them !!!). Some of the places they go to are half interesting.
That's best I can say.
First Signal (2021)
One movie that needs a remake.
I hope this is revisited and redone.
Great concept.
Upgrades needed in budget,lighting,audio and script, and the Presidents hair do .. those dam birds are heard everywhere and became distracting for me.
Would watch a remake of this in a heartbeat.

Or used this "review" to reassure everyone who enjoyed this as to why why we need comedy now more than ever. This is probably one of the best examples of the saying you can't make the whole world laugh.
He made me laugh and ponder .. what more do we expect from a comedian ??
Aileen Wuornos: American Boogeywoman (2021)
Save your time.
If you want to watch a movie about Aileen - watch Monster and her real life interviews etc.
Don't bother with this - I have no idea why this whole thing didn't end up on the cutting room floor.
Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead (1995)
A great movie.
I am not a huge fan of watching movies multiple times, However have watched this probably half a dozen times- and would easily watch it at least one more time.
Even if you watch this movie because you like the actors - It will not disappoint.
Daddy (1987)
Nostalgic for the 1980's films.
This is the sort movie that shows a totally different ending to the pretty in pink kind of life dreams.
Now to think if they did this as a trilogy - they could show them as great grand parents now.

Funny - good charters great script - and then they only make two seasons of it ?? Why do that to the Aussie film fans ?? Whhhhhhy !!
13 Reasons Why (2017)
They should have stopped at the first season.
Great concept - actors did well -but I feel it would have ended well enough to have people wonder. Instead of how it all played out.
Am with the majority - I agree it should have been a one season show.

My eyes leaked a little
I was doing so well until the "Amish people " go to the funeral .... If your eyes don't leak a little at that part you have a heart of stone.
I would of rated it higher - but feel the lack of accuracy did not do the real event the horrible brutality - the depths it deserves.
