X (2022)
Unbelievable!
A horror movie by any other name. X! Yes, it's your typical horror movie set at farm, barn or cabin. But let's attract a little attention by making the subplot the filming of an X - Rated movie!
An old fashioned horror flick. Decent amount of Gore, not for the light of heart mind you, the movie starts off slow But picks up the pace midway through with Suspense and Gore alike.
Here's the problem I have with the otherwise enjoyable movie. Apparently, the director and actors have never seen a Pornographic movie (Not that I have) and this is where they get it all wrong. The acting while filming the pornographic scenes is just too good to be believable.
Ozark: The Beginning of the End (2022)
Jumped the shark
All of season for has jumped the shark. So annoying with the stupidity of so many situations. Actually started with end of season three. Last season........... getting on the plane!
The Fall (2013)
Starts off OK
Then it gets stupider and stupider. Let the culprit walk away multiple times. Why, I have no idea. I guess so suspect can potentially lead them to a woman who may or may not be dead. In the meantime he gets to kill other ones. Car drives up at night, sees the police, shuts off lights, backs up slowly and makes uturn. All while the lead investigator stands there and watches, with a car right behind her. I guess the expression follow the car never dawned on her or the writers. So many SMH moments. They probably could have pulled it off in two seasons, but had to stretch it to three, leading to so many absurd scenes.

Dirty John (2018)
Idiocy
The idiocy of people and the decisions they make and continue to make. Just gets more bizarre and bizarre. And I'm not referring to the dirty John. I don't Like giving away plot details but apparently a 150 word minimum is necessary, Let alone the end like some reviewers do.
Clickbait (2021)
Entertaining?
I guess, but some really bad acting and dialog. Strange sequences also.
Val (2021)
Top Secret
"Fluff", what the! I can't believe he downplayed Top Secret. Great movie and he was great in it. Made me a fan of his for life. Comedic brilliance, singing, dancing, dramatic acting, all by him. Amazing performance!
Star Trek: Voyager: Future's End (1996)
Ridiculous
So much nonsense. Help do people get past this stuff? I would think the show would adhere to a higher intelligence but no. Too much to list so I won't bother.
F Is for Family (2015)
Horrible
Not funny at all. Lead category is perpetually angry. Constantly the same note. Somehow made a cartoon depressing.
American Horror Story: Chapter 5 (2016)
Ugh
The season was doing so well until this episode. These plot developments drive me crazy.
And there are a bunch in this episode but mainly they are about to escape the hillbilly family when he grabs the shotgun from one of them, in the pickup truck bed and kills the driver. So do they;
A.Get in the pickup truck and drive away B. Hold on to the shotgun and run into the woods or C. leave the shotgun there and run into Woods only to be captured 10 seconds later.
You guessed it see. There's got to be a better way to tell a story than this which seems to be a running problem with all movies and TV shows these days.
Humans (2015)
William Hurt UGH
Too many illogical plot sequences. Like most shows and movies these days. I guess they suspect we're all idiots watching.
Hanna (2019)
Mind numbing
No one likable. The characters just keep doing ridiculous, stupid, annoying things over and over. Though this seems to be repeated in most shows out there lately. How iss this almost eight Stars?
24 (2001)
Just started
Trying to get through season, but the continued stupidity of the daughter who is kidnapped, and the surrounding pursuit of her, is mind numbing. One idiotic scenario after another. Let's see. They get name of kid that kidnapped her, but don't call in APB on him/vehicle, they call owner of furniture store. They escape, run into dude/dude in alley way and instead of saying thanks for saving them, we'll give you $$$ to help us further, they say nothing. Run into him again inside building, again they say nothing, he just robs them. They run outside into another dude THEN they say "we'll give you all the money you want, just help us" lol. One chick runs into street, gets hit by car, with witnesses right there, driver drives off. I thought this one was the kicker... kidnappers pick up Bauer's daughter again, and while driving away, she SAYS "we really should go back for my friend", but then I saw this one ... the kid's about to help her escape from the compound, under the fence, when she sees her mother brought in and says I can't leave her here. Instead of the obvious, crawl under fence and call your freakin dad. Hopefully the writing gets better. Hopefully more still, I stop watching, it's giving me a headache.
