I was looking forward to this series because I assumed that we would learn more details about the Golden State Killer, but unfortunately it was so confusing and long-winded from the second series onwards because I had the impression that whoever made the documentary couldn't decide if it was going to be a tribute to Michelle McNamara or a solid story about the Golden State Killer. Both topics were constantly and meaninglessly mixed up. The many jumps confused the Stories, and it became exhausting and boring to watch. They should have dedicated 3 series to one topic and the other 3 to the other. What a waste of opportunity!

....and when I read that they paid 100 million for it and the bombastic advertising, I was very excited! But oh boy! I still don't have the words to describe what I actually saw. It wasn't a documentary, because Netflix should have researched it independently and reported more balanced. The whole thing looked more like a cheaply made B movie with two bad actors. All very stiff and contrived. The scene in the car when they are being followed by a paparazzo on a bike, I couldn't stop laughing. Well, if it was satire or comedy, I wouldn't have liked it either, but Netflix wouldn't have embarrassed itself that much.

The movie is just terribly boring. The actors are bad, as is the script. The constant crying of the leading actress was annoying. The plot made no sense. How anyone can give a movie like this 10 stars is beyond me!

This movie shows the ugly side of the abortion industrie and mental damage it can cause in Women.of course the woke don't want to see it, it could destroy the ideal world in which they have made themselves comfortable. This movie was overdue and important. Hopefully more will follow!

I watched it because I thought it would be a comedy, something to laugh about and relax, but they seem serious about it. Neflix isn't what it used to be.....

.....but the bad plot and the poor performance of the actors prevented it. At no time was there any tension, the actors seemed stiff and artificial. The role of the assistant in particular was absolutely miscast and came across as very stupid. Maybe a talented director and a good scrit writer should do this movie again......

This movie was actually pretty good, certainly not as bad as the 1 star reviewers want to make you believe.

For some people there seems to exist only 1 or 10 star ratings and nothing in between.

Waste of time and Money, this film was pretty boring. Ridley Scott isn't known for making good dramas, so why he was entrusted with the task remains a mystery.

..... this film because I couldn't imagine the story would work. But WOW, he was worth every minute of my attention. Gripping, good atmosphere. A movie that you wish it would never end ......

Who wrote the script, Oprah or Meghan Markle? Aside from the fact that the story is boring and the actors seem artificial, most of it seems to be false or made up! Why?

I had no great expectations and was pleasantly surprised! I don't understand why people trash this show for allegedly inaccurate history. This is a series and not a documentary! The modern language only made the characters more believable to me. Again, I don't understand the criticism, should the actors have spoken in Latin?

Watch it! ;-)

A good Idea ruined by bad acting and a completely irrelevant plot. I hope someone else will take up this concept and tell a better story!

I saw this doc recently and at the same time as 'The Ted Bundy Tapes' and I have to say that it touched me a lot. For the first time the focus was on the victims and their stories. Bundy was exposed for what he was, a hypocrite and misogynist!

The theme and the aliens are very similar to another film, who was a masterpiece in comparison to this one. The plot was very predictable from the start, and therefore boring. Most of the fighting scenes were ridiculous, as were the dialogues.

It wasn't sci-fi and it wasn't drama. It was a story that never really got going because it was too superficial. With a better script it could have been a really good movie!

Therefore only 3/10 from me.
