Family Aaj Kal (2024)
Disappointing and Unrealistic
I have rated this film 1 star. The premise, where a middle-class family's working daughter is in love with a cab driver, seems implausible. While the reverse scenario is more common in storytelling, this plot feels forced and unrealistic. Directed by Apoorva Arora's close friend, Parikshit, I had high expectations but was ultimately let down.
The acting, particularly by the actor playing the brother, was subpar. The story is extremely basic and lacks any engaging elements. Overall, I do not recommend watching this web series. It's one of the shoddiest stories I've encountered.
I have lost interest in watching Apoorva's work.

As the plot progresses, Ajju's shallow and show-off personality comes into play when he discovers that his wife, Nisha (Janhvi Kapoor), suffers from epilepsy. This revelation prompts him to distance himself from her to maintain his false image.
Ajju's life takes a turn for the worse when he slaps an MLA's son and decides to escape to Europe. The film takes an awkward turn as it tries to blend World War II events with an Indian love story that has no real connection to those historical events. This narrative choice lacks logical coherence and feels forced, making it hard for the audience to immerse themselves in the story.
The screenplay, penned by four writers, fails to develop the main protagonist convincingly. Moreover, Nisha's character undergoes an unnecessary transformation from an independent woman to a traditional housewife after marriage, which is a clichéd portrayal seen in daily soap operas. The film also attempts to evoke an emotional response by referencing the Diary of Anne Frank and the Holocaust, but the execution feels jarring and insensitive.
Varun Dhawan's performance, while decent, suffers due to the inconsistent character development that oscillates between heroism and a contrary personality. Janhvi Kapoor's portrayal fails to make a significant impact, and the chemistry between the lead pair feels lacking.
Despite some redeeming factors like a melodious song by Mithoon and decent cinematography, "Bawaal" remains a disappointment overall. The lack of focus on supporting actors further weakens the film's narrative.
Nitesh Tiwari, who has previously delivered acclaimed films, has unfortunately missed the mark with "Bawaal." The filmmakers should have considered a more relevant historical context for the Indian audience instead of clumsily incorporating World War II events. The film's potential was squandered, leaving fans disappointed and questioning Tiwari's choice in this project.
In conclusion, "Bawaal" is a lackluster attempt that fails to live up to Nitesh Tiwari's previous successes. For a director of Tiwari's caliber, this film feels like a misstep that falls short of expectations. This movie was a complete disaster. What was this? It's like a Dark Trauma For me. I had high expectations because of the big star cast, but I was really horrified. The storyline was weak and poorly executed, and the acting was terrible.
Arjun Kapoor should try something else apart from acting because he was simply awful. I have seen better acting in school plays. Tabu and Konkana Sen also gave one of their worst performances. It's a shame because they are both such talented actresses.
I felt like I needed an anti-depressant after watching this so-called trash. I am still having severe headaches and anxiety just thinking about it. I honestly believe that even ChatGPT can write a better movie than this.
In conclusion, I highly recommend avoiding this movie at all costs. Save your time and money, and watch something else instead. Trust me, you won't regret it.

R.Madhvan Does his job well and All the Supporting Cast are okay.
But,i don't know why in every web series or film there has to be a Sr.Inspector which has a Drug-Alchol Addiction like Damaged(2018)-Hungama Original Web-Series has Amit Sial Divorced with his wife and in Recently,Apharan-ALT Balaji Original has Arunoday Singh who is also a Drug Addict.This patterns need to change.
Anyway,There lot of mistakes in this series so just check Goof Section of this page.
In this series,it is not like anything brilliant murder planning is there its just normal and at last when he kills R.Madhvan we feel bad for him and also good because he has emotional connection towards his son.

Damaged-The Original Web Series of Hungama Digital Released on 2018 starring Amruta Khanvilkar and Amit Sial is just Terrible.
I Watched this web-series because Amruta Khanvilkar is there and nothing excites me that that.
From the first 2 episodes i thought i will stop watching this but then i thought it will have a good ending but OMG!!i was wrong the staring and ending of the series is just boring and very unreal and pathetic.Middle Episodes are also dull.
"VERY POOR" Performance of Side Actors in this series i mean they can't even talk properly acting is so far only amruta does quiete a bit again this series is very unreal and unexpected .
They have just stretched their episodes that's all it should be of only 4-5 Episodes.
This is just a Pathetic Web-Series don't have an entertainment.
I am giving it only 2 STARTS OUT OF 10 STARS.

Actually,at the start this movie is slow but after 30min it speeds up,The Story is Great but actually i did not like the way that they represent and most important Songs and Background Score is sometimes takes your mood,but when you like the film at that time some random scenes will appear and that will ruin your mood.I Kinda like the Acting of Rhea but she needs to improve it especially in the first shot when she is with her dad,if i was the director i would definitely retake that part.
I Like the script because at last it is not what it is like in movies it matches with Reality.i am rating 6 Just because the script and songs and i dont like the cinematography at all.
