The chemistry between the leads is fantastic, making every moment captivating. Their journey is filled with sweet, funny, and heartwarming moments that resonate with anyone who has ever been in love. With charming performances, witty dialogue, and beautiful cinematography, this film is a must-watch for anyone who loves a feel-good romance. Bosco (2024)
W O W - left speechless Body
BOSCO was one of those movies that surprise you. You go in thinking one thing, and leave with a whole new perspective on things. Who knew one jail cell could keep me engaged for so long. It's one of those films where, you know he gets out because it's based on a true story, but how it all comes together, that's what matters. The journey each character goes through during 90 mins is insane!! The kind of movie that moves you and those around you. This movie flew by. What a cast, the acting was superb. And i read somewhere this is the directors first film?! Well that guy has a bright future I'll tell you that much. Do yourself a favor and check this one out on Peacock (if you have it lol). It has a lot to say, in a condensed format that doesn't get boring. Enjoy the flick!!!!
C.I.Ape (2021)
A bit cheezy but cute.
C. I. APE is low-budget, straight-to-video fair that is all too common to see in places like the redbox rental machines or one of the ad supported streaming services like Tubi TV. That being said, I was actually really impressed by how the completely CGI chimpanzee looked in this. It is obviously CGI, but he looks cute! The plot is a little slow, and the actors are not recognizable, but the production quality is overall pretty good considering the budget. The lead actress looks familiar, but I am not sure if it is from seeing her on some Nickelodeon tv show or something like that. This is just a fun movie for children about a chimpanzee that is a secret agent. It has some funny gags and a nice message for kids.
Ghoster (2022)
Ghoster is another one of the lower-budget movies
Ghoster is another one of the lower-budget movies Lionsgate puts out with no stars. However, the filmmakers did a great job of stretching the budget! This movie looks really good. The locations and sets are really impressive and there is a bunch of well done cgi/vfx. I am not sure where this was filmed, but the area and buildings just has a great old time feel to it. Sure, this is basically a low budget Casper clone, but Casper came out (checks notes) almost 30 years ago! Kids today are due for a new take on the friendly ghost idea. Overall, this is a cute movie that is well made for the budget. I say it is definitely worth a watch with the kiddos.
Follow Alana (2021)
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this series
I am a confirmed travel show addict, and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this series. While watching, I noticed that Alana uses a hearing aid, and I became curious about her backstory. She was born with a rare birth defect that left her with profound hearing loss, but her disability has clearly not stood in her way. She makes for a very enthusiastic travel guide, and she has an unguarded but natural way in front of the camera that reminds me of some of the great hosts in the genre. When she explained to the camera how it felt to paraglide off the mountain, there was absolutely nothing rehearsed about her giddiness and elation. I appreciate that this show does not put Alana's disability front and center. It's important to have representation for Deaf and hard of hearing people that simply shows them doing great things, and I can think of no better current example on television than this show (and the llamas are really cute).
My Transparent Life (2022)
Really enjoyed watching this film
Really enjoyed watching this film as it has helped me to understand the struggle that so many people who are transgender go through every single day just to feel like they are loved and to feel normal again. Jesse seems like such a nice man and it was hard to believe he was born a woman. He seems so comfortable in his skin now and I love that he can be a positive role model to his child and to other people around him.. I thought that Stassi was being a little naïve and maybe should have thought our her surgery decision more but she seemed happy in the end. Great movie. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to know more about trans people.
Bholaa Bhaai (2022)
Best movie I've ever seen
This is by far, the best movie I've ever seen. From the very beginning the story just get you sticked to your seat. The songs are really powerful and so as the acting of both male leads Bhola and Raja ( i don't know their real names LoL, i think they are new) and of course the story. I don't understand why Bollywood makes no such movies like this anymore!
Made in Chinatown (2021)
Very clever story
This very clever story about a Chinese guy trying to find his identity in Little Italy is worth two watches. The inside references and subtle humor come to the fore the second time, as one is lost in the action and easy laughs the first time.
Captors (2020)
Psychological horror films
From the first minute to last this film twists and turns you until you feel bad for Alys played amazingly by Yulia Klass. Similar to movies like Saw, the all-round Grittiness that director James Cullen Bressack creates disgusts and enthralls. Without spoiling there is a H U G E twist that makes your blood curdle. Must see if you like psychological horror films!
One and a Half Knot (2020)
A superlative movie
This unique, out-of-the-box movie 'Dedh Ganth' is truly a superlative movie and can change the ways in which movies of the future will be perceived. It is a must-watch!
