It's...not a very jolly Christmas movie.

Jason Bateman has gone real no-more-Mr. Nice Guy on us.

The “Ozark,” “Horrible Bosses,” and “Game Night” star puts on a domestic-terrorist face (and hat) in the teaser for Netflix Christmas movie “Carry-On.” It’s, ah, not exactly “Elf.”

In “Carry-On,” before Bateman can terrorize a Christmas Eve flight, he first must make Taron Egerton‘s (“Rocketman,” “Kingsman”) job a living hell. Oh, and he might just kill the young TSA agent’s significant other, played by Sofia Carson, as well.

“One bag for one life,” is Bateman’s blackmail offer.

We’re guessing he doesn’t have CLEAR.

Basically, Bateman targets Egerton to let his mysterious suitcase through the security scanners and onto the airplane. We don’t quite know (yet) what is in the package, but considering the gunfire and Tom Cruise-esque sprinting through the airport, Bateman’s cargo is probably a bit worse than nail clippers.

“There’s people in control and there’s people that listen,” a Bateman voiceover opens the teaser, which Netflix released on Wednesday morning. “I’m the guy you listen to.”

OK, so he’s much more Marty Byrde Season 4 than Season 1.

“Carry-On” is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who also directed Liam Neeson action flick “Non-Stop.” What can we say? The dude loves life-or-death circumstances set on airplanes. (He also seems to love the double-entendre titles the very specific genre invites.)

“Carry-On” is written by T.J. Fixman (the guy who wrote the excellent “Ratchet & Clank” video games) and Michael Green (“Logan,” “Blade Runner 2049”). It is produced by Dylan Clark. Executive producers are Holly Bario, Brian Williams, Jaume Collet-Serra, Seth William Meier, and Scott Greenberg.

In addition to its A-listers, the Christmas film (with definite “Die Hard” vibes) stars Danielle Deadwyler, Logan Marshall-Green, Dean Norris, Sinqua Walls, Gil Perez- Abraham, Tonatiuh, Curtiss Cook, Joe Williamson, and Josh Brener.

In case you were wondering, yes, Dean Norris plays a cop (of sorts — like Egerton, he’s also a TSA agent). Sometimes typecasting works.

“Carry-On” has a pretty good logline: “Every holiday season, millions travel safely by air. This Christmas will be different.”

We told you it was good.

“Carry-On” (safely?) lands on Netflix on December 13. Watch the teaser here:
