McQueen's "Blitz" will open the festival October 17.

The director's 1996 film "Habit" will screen at the festival, which will take place from October 17 through 24 at Nitehawk Cinema’s Williamsburg and Prospect Park locations.

But it's unlikely, as the well-reviewed political Telluride entry lacks a distributor.
