Plot
Cloe, Sasha, Jade, and Yasmin befriend Katia, a new student at Styles High. The girls soon find that Katia is really a misunderstood genie who has been locked away under the control of con artists Con and Zel for years. The con artists manipulate Katia into using her powers for what she believes is good, but proves to be the very opposite. With a crumbling father-daughter relationship and a growing curiosity for the outside world, Katia’s one wish for herself is to be a normal girl. Zealous to grant wishes and experience life as one of the Bratz, Katia encounters trouble. The girls learn the consequences of magic when Katia comes to them to help her put an end to Con and Zel’s scheme, and also learn to value friendship.

This is six years after the first movie. The movie was originally meant to be released in 2009, and was leaked online that year. All voice actors were switched except for Tara Strong who returned to voice her character, Katia.
