The Communist Forum was a short-lived political group formed in 1986 by Mike Banda, following expulsion from the Workers Revolutionary Party (Workers Press) - itself one half of the 1985 split in the WRP. The group moved away from orthodox Trotskyism.[1] It was renamed the Marxist Philosophy Forum in 1987 and died out shortly afterwards.[2]
Mike Banda died in 2014.[3]
