The album is certified Gold in the United States by the RIAA with sales over 500,000 copies. On copies with Trillville on the front cover, the Trillville side appears first and on copies with Lil' Scrappy on the cover the Lil' Scrappy side appears first.
The First Single From The Album was "Head Bussa" by Lil Scrappy. It was Released in October of 2003 . It gained a massive amount of radio play, and it was also released on vinyl. It has a music video.
